Will my invoices be payable in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Invoice amounts are issued in and payable in Canadian dollars.
Will I still receive regular invoices on the same dates that I've become accustomed to?
There will be one minor change to your billing dates.
Going forward you will receive an invoice for web hosting services on the 1st day of the month in which your service period begins instead of 30-days earlier. In other words, if your web hosting service covers January 1st to the 31st the invoice for that service period will be issued on January 1st instead of December 1st.
Can I still pay by Credit Card?
Can I still pay by cheque?
Yes. However, we now have the ability to provide convenient automatic billing for those that wish to pay by credit card. If fact, if you're currently paying us by cheque we have a special incentives available if you switch to automatic billing. Please call Jeff at (646) 202-1882 ext. 101 to get that set up.
If you still prefer to pay by cheque please note that our billing address has changed, please make cheques payable to “Imagination Plus Hosting Services” or “Nolan Interactive”.

Web Hosting FAQ
Will there be any downtime for my website or e-mail?
No. We don’t foresee any downtime in the short-term because we’ll simply be taking over the management of Server hardware & software currently operated by Imagination Plus. However, in the future, we may move your web hosting account to one of our newer servers within the same data center. What that means is if there is going to be downtime it will be planned for ahead of time and limited to just a few minutes.
Who will manage my domain name?
Imagination Plus Hosting Services will manage, monitor and look after renewing your domain name. This means we will also assist you in making sure the contact information listed in your domain name's WHOIS record is accurate and up-to-date. Please contact Jeff Nolan if you have any questions in this regard.
Who do I contact to have my website updated or the design changed?
Please contact Michael Salvatori or your Account Manager at Human_Code if you need someone to update, manage or make changes to your website, or if you need any of the services shown below:
